Join us for a thrilling and seductive evening as we dive into The Pink Agave Motel by V. Castro. In this collection of dark, captivating tales, Castro blends Mexican folklore, gothic horror, and a feminist perspective to explore unhinged desire and the dangers it can unlock.
The title story follows Valentina, the leader of a creature cohort managing The Pink Agave Motel, who becomes entangled in a murder mystery that threatens her existence. Alongside a grieving friend, she uncovers secrets that lead to thrilling and dangerous consequences.
With stories that mix lust, horror, and the supernatural, Castro’s writing evokes a sensual and chilling atmosphere where readers never know what to expect.
